Avril Lavigne VNU: Nettwerk to fight the RIAA, new album rumours.
Avril's management company, Nettwerk have said they are going to pay the legal costs of someone getting sued by the RIAA because the lawsuits are not in their clients best interests.
Avril's new album could be out as early as mid-this year (instead of the end of next year as previously estimated).
