Britney Spears VNU: Worst dressed list, Mardi Gras, In Control fragrance.

Britney spent Mardi Gras in New Orleans meeting students that had been uprooted by Hurricane Katrina.

She is also planning to launch a 3rd fragrance line whic is expected out in a little over a month.
